            The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend title of the bill to read as follows:

            “A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §16-2-16, relating to food handler examinations and permits or cards; requiring card or permit to be valid for three years; requiring the permit or card to be valid in all counties subject to payment of an additional fee; and requiring food handler permit or card be obtained within thirty days of being hired.”
